Returns-

Wilkinson Supply Company will accept items being returned for credit within 30 days of purchase date, provided items and packaging are returned in new condition. New condition is defined as an item that has not been installed and in the original packaging, without markings, writing, missing parts or carton damage. Defective products will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty and / or replacement policy. Special order items are subject to a minimum 25% restock charge, plus any freight charges incurred to return the item(s) to the manufacturer. For return of broken or mishandled products, you must notify Wilkinson within 48 hours of receipt of material. Wilkinson reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of product(s) at any time and for any reason.

Delivery-

We offer local drop-off deliveries to customers at no charge. Local is defined as being within a 25 mile radius of the Wilkinson location where you made your purchase. In-home appliance deliveries and installations are done at an affordable rate, regardless of delivery location.
