Do you do installations?

Why are there things on your website that aren't in your showroom?

We work with over 150 vendors and thousands of products. This means that, due to limited display space, all the great kitchen, bath, plumbing, appliance and hardware products we're able to offer you can't fit in our showrooms. We do work hard to have a variety of finishes and styles represented in the showroom at all times. So, you may be interested in a specific item that we don't have on display, but we will likely have something very similar for you to see.

Will everything in my order be delivered together?

That is your choice. We can either deliver items as they arrive or bundle them for one large delivery - whichever works best for you. Do keep in mind that there is a fee for any non-local delivery and that fee will be assessed for each trip made. Non-local delivery is defined as being more than 25 miles away from the Wilkinson location where you made your purchase.

When will my order arrive?

The lead time for products varies. When placing your order a salesperson will give you an idea of when you can expect your order to arrive. Should you ever have questions about the status of your order, don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. We want you to be happy with your choices, so we are able to make changes to your order. If the order has already been placed with the manufacturer, there may be a fee associated with making the change (for example, a re-stocking fee). The best thing to do is to take your time with your product selection and if a change does need to be made, alert your salesperson as soon as possible.

What if one of my items is out of stock or gets delayed?

If we become aware that a product is out of stock or delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we will work with you to get you what you need.
